Robin Dreher, Owner and Designer

EDUCATION

Robin attended Savannah College of Art and Design along with Winthrop College in Rock Hill, SC with a Major in Interior Design. She has also had training at York Technical College with a Major in Mechanical Engineering and Occupational Technology and a Minor in Engineering Graphics and Computer Engineering.

RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE

Freelance and Contracted Residential CAD drawings. Robin has assisted contractors with Project Management, detail oriented costing and preliminary assessment of properties. She has done scheduling of project completions and walk-thru. She has obtained permitting for various construction projects.

KITCHEN & BATH DESIGN

Various renovation projects for offices, residential – including design and drafting of construction documentation and coordination with electrical and mechanical contractors. Assisting homeowners with all aspects of design including all selections such as cabinet finishes, tile, counter top selections.

COMMERCIAL ARCHITECTURE

Assisted Construction and Department Managers with renovation projects for offices, salon/spas and state park facilities – including design and drafting of construction documentation and coordination with electrical and mechanical contractors. Assisted with all permitting processes.

ENGINEERING

Assisted Civil Engineers with roadway and drainage system designing on ACAD. Aerial photography detailing and computer estimating for future roadways.
